Please read the following notes carefully. If You do not agree or understand any part, then please discuss with your instructor
Lesson fees
All fees will be quoted at the time of the booking and may be increased at any time. Fees may be paid by cash or bank transfer at the moment. All fees are payable directly to your instructor. If you intend to pay by bank transfer please reffer to your instructor.
Special offers
All offers or block bookings are payable at 1st lesson and must be used in 6 months time unless longer time is agreed with your instructor. Please discuss any longer brakes that you intend to take.
No refund will be given if you decide to leave DON'T WALK for any reason. Any particular refund must be agreed by instructor and is payable by bank transfer ONLY in 2 weeks from the day reported and agreed by instructor.
Lesson appointments
If you book lessons please note that if you want to do a fair progress, you will need at least 2 hours of drive every week. Please make sure you book in a good time.
All future apointments must be booked with your instructor at apointment, by phone or text message.
Give as much notice as possible of dates and times you would like, only this will allow you to book lessons at times that are convenient for you. Remember more pupils may also be trying to book lessons in the same week.
Cancellations
You must give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. A FULL LESSON FEE will be payable if less than 24 hrs notice is given. You may be require to pay for future lessons at the time of booking.
If you can't speak with instructor in terms of cancel or change appointment in time, please inform him as soon as you can with text message.
Pick up & Finish
You should agree where your lesson will start and finish in the time you make any lesson booking. If you request a different meeting or finishing place to that already agreed, your lesson may be shortened to cover any additional traveling time. Instructor need to avoid to disrupt any other lessons and tests.
Test dates
Please consult and agree dates and times with your instructor before booking any test
Notify your instructor immediately of test dates times and locations to reserve the car .
Please ensure that you have all required documentation when attending for a test.
